Founder and Director Fran Przechacki began Developing For Life.com in answer to the need for a more personalized and comprehensive approach to coaching and counseling. Fran's expertise is seasoned with more than 10 years experience developing employees, managers and executives of Fortune 500 companies, including: Johnson and Johnson, Ansell International, North Protection and W.H. Salisbury to name a few.

Our team has extensive experience working with smaller organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals. Fran's role as a director is to help people make optimal personal, career, and academic decisions; all based upon learning their natural abilities and finding the environment that best facilitates personal growth, success and prosperity.
